Your role as Recruitment Lead – National Office, will grow your leadership capability in our complex yet rewarding government Department. The mahi is fascinating and demanding and will suit a growth-mindset. You will gain broad exposure to customers across National Office leadership, building credibility through provision of exceptional strategic recruitment advice. You will report to the Manager Strategic Recruitment and partner with the Recruitment Lead – Strategic Projects and Campaigns and Principal Adviser Strategic Recruitment. Your team includes three Senior Recruitment Advisers, four Recruitment Advisers, and two Candidate Coordinators. Appointment and remuneration will reflect skills and experience relevant to the role.
