More importantly to us, you will be a strong communicator with good relationship building skills, and a committment to the betterment of our community through positive day to day interations with others, inside and outside of the organisation.In this role you'll be responsible for coordinating our recruitment process from end to end, which includes everything from designing and implementing job adverts, to candidate management through the application process, as well as providing sound recruitment advice to our managers and more.We are looking for someone who:Has prior recruitment experience (in the health sector would be helpful but not necessary)Has some HR experience - this would be helpful in furthering your careerbe a pragmatic professional with great customer service/candidate care ethicbe an exceptional writer, communicator and networkerbe able to juggle multiple competing priorities with an administration heavy processStrong attention to detailWe are looking for someone who exemplifies and upholds our organisational values in their day to day functionsIf you are up for the challenege and keen to share your recruitment expertise within our local, regional and national recruitment teams, we would love to hear from you!Ko wai matou | Who are weOur vision is He Hapori Ora - Thriving Communities,with our mission being 'to improve health and independence through a responsive and integrated health system'.
