The remuneration range for this role is $ 74,090 to $ 81,864 and is covered by the collective agreement: PSA Clerical Administration MECA

Mou - About you
This full time position exists to provide effective and efficient administrative support and personal assistance to the Chief Medical Officer and will also co-ordinate and administer functions relating to recruitment of Resident Medical Officers, support hospital committee operations and assist with project management at Te Whatu Ora Tairawhiti.
The ideal person for this role will consider themselves an administrator superstar with strong experience in providing excellent administrative support, communication and outstanding organisational skills. They should have advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite of applications. Knowledge in project management and data analysis will be a bonus.
Previous experience in similar roles is desirable.
