Administrative Assistants (Administration & Office Support) At Personnel Resources, we're dedicated to making the recruitment process smooth, enjoyable and rewarding for everyone involved. As our Recruitment Coordinator, you will be at the heart of our operations, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for both candidates and our team. In this Full-Time, Temporary role, you'll be responsible for: Managing our recruitment platform and crafting compelling job adverts Identifying, screening and shortlisting applicants Coordinating and scheduling interviews, providing valuable feedback throughout the recruitment process Conducting reference and pre-employment checks as needed Assisting our consultants in ensuring a seamless recruitment journey from start to finish We're looking for someone who: Has previous administration experience, preferably in a recruitment environment (though not essential) Is proficient in Microsoft applications and has a knack for navigating various software platforms Has a strong work ethic and reliability, essential for keeping our operations running smoothly Enjoys working both independently and collaboratively within a tight-knit team Presents themselves professionally and maintain tidiness Has excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage effectively with candidates and colleagues alike Why You Should Join Us: This role offers a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to kickstart their career in the recruitment industry.
