The role as Recruitment Consultant should appeal to someone who is: Passionate about people, as you will be focused on candidate attraction, retention, and pastoral care through CV screening, site visits, and communication Willing to step out of the comfort zone to build the branch results through business-to-business sales Thorough with conducting in-depth interviews, vetting all applications, and presenting job offers Understanding of the importance ofHealth & Safetywith ourAWF field employee workforce Equally passionate about recruitment and customer service whilst ensuring we are providing the highest level of account management to our clients What can we offer you?
