Build and nurture relationships with clients and candidates. Understand you clients needs and provide them tailored recruitment solutions. Conduct regular site visits. What we are looking for Individuals who have 360-degree recruitment experience is advantageous. Individuals who have social media/advertising experience is advantageous. Strong negotiation, communication, interpersonal and organisational skills to secure favorable terms for both candidates and clients. Effective time management and prioritization of tasks.
