The Role: You will be working in a 360, end-to-end recruitment role, leveraging a portfolio of existing clients and continuing to build your desk through business development and relationship management. Day-to-day you will: Grow and develop a portfolio of clients and candidates Recruit a broad range of IT roles, consisting of permanent, contract and fixed term positions Cold and warm calling new and existing businesses to promote your recruitment services and market knowledge Run the end-to-end recruitment process, including advertising, sourcing, and interviewing Consult on all facets of the IT employment industry, acting as a source of information for clients and candidates Requirements: We're ideally seeing an experienced IT recruitment Consultant or Principal Consultant for this position. You could also come from an IT sales or business development background. To be successful in this role you will: Have a quality approach to recruitment – 95% of our candidates would recommend us to a friend or colleagueHave a strong business development/ sales focusBe available to start in Christchurch immediately (aside from a notice period)Have exceptional verbal and written communication skillsEnjoy working in a collaborative team What's in it for you?
