The Role;Provide leadership and guidance on large-scale recruitment assignments.Conduct interviews, assessments, and shortlist candidates for various employment opportunities across the business.Provide thorough and informative new starter orientations, employee-administration & compliance to set up incoming apprentices and trainees up for success.Develop attraction & selection strategies, and marketing campaigns, which may include career days, information sessions, and other events as required.Strategic recruitment planning, implementation / optimisation of recruitment technologies for improved efficiencies in hiring and on-boardingDevelop alternative and innovative approaches to address labour shortages, providing the business with a strong pipeline of talent Your Profile;Experience in recruitment; ideally for trades or service-based positions within New Zealand.Expertise in driving innovation across candidate sourcing, selection, interviewing, and onboarding.High level of emotional intelligence and the ability to maintain confidentiality standardsStrong attention to detail, ensuring compliance requirements are metFull unrestricted working rights within New Zealand.
