The Role:
We are currently seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to play an integral part within our business based in Mt Wellington. This role will be working closely with some of our key clients, all in South Auckland. The ideal candidate will have flexibility, being able to move hours to suit the clients 24/7 operations throughout the week.
You will be focused on 360 recruitment - resourcing, placing candidates and managing our existing relationship within the blue-collar sector.

Reporting into the Operational Delivery Manager, your responsibilities will include: Recruiting and placing quality candidates within your dedicated clients businesses
Systems and compliance management of your recruitment desk
Building strong relationships whilst understanding the client business and workforce requirements
Strategic planning of your recruitment desk and brand
Supporting in opportunities to cross sell services to clients
Working collaboratively with divisions and branches for sustainable growth
Supporting and driving brand awareness In order to thrive in this position, the following attributes are highly desirable: 2 years' experience in a consultant and/or resourcing role is preferred, ideally in blue collar recruitment with high touch clients
Full licence and reliable transport
Outstanding communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
Be approachable and confident in dealing with a variety of people
Excellent time management skills
Ability to work quickly and accurately to complete multiple tasks at a time and at high volume
Administration savvy with strong computer literacy, Microsoft Office, Fast Track
Conducting toolbox meetings, ensuring health and safety is adhered too
Customer service focused
