This in-house recruitment role will see you contributing to building relationships across all levels of the organisation and providing best practice recruitment advice to secure top talent at Te Whatu Ora Health New Zealand, Southern!Mo te turanga About the roleYour role as Recruitment Advisor will see you becoming a trusted source of advice and support across Te Whatu Ora, Southern.You will partner and collaborate with the business and functional groups of the organisation to attract and engage talent by building robust recruitment strategies and processes.In this position, you will be working in the health sector as part of a focused, dedicated team to provide best practice recruitment advice and services to our staff and candidates, ensuring they have the necessary guidance and support.Including but not limited to :Managing end to end recruitment of clinical and non-clinical health professionals across a variety of service areas as well as Leadership Effectiveness & CoachingDeveloping and maintaining effective and efficient recruitment services and practicesCreating sourcing strategies to achieve the short and long term hiring goals often within hard to fill areasProactively manage and maintain candidate database to create talent pools and opportunities for talent pipeliningCreating sourcing strategies to achieve the short and long term hiring goals often within hard to fill areasReporting and analytics on your portfolioAlongside your previous experience in a recruitment or talent role (either from an agency or internal environment), our ideal candidate will also have up-to-date knowledge of talent sourcing trends and practices.To be successful in this role, you will also need to demonstrate the following :Tertiary qualification in relevant field or relevant experienceKnowledge and understanding of relevant NZ legislation and its application in a large, complex organisationRelationship management with both internal and external stakeholdersExceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with a diverse range of people at different levels of the organisation and wider community.The successful applicant will have training in our systems and processes so when you start working independently you'll be able to hit the ground running,This role has a district wide focus so you will need to have the ability to travel at times.If you think you might complement our team and have the drive and enthusiasm to make an impact, apply now!Subsidised gym membership and discounted health insurance.Access to staff fitness facilities and banking offersAccess to a range of retail discounts and Employee Assistance Programme (EAP).Te Whatu Ora - Southern has the largest geographical coverage of all the New Zealand regions, providing services to 350,000 people in diverse communities.We take pride in all the services we provide, and our aim is to improve, promote and protect the health of our region.
