Nau mai, haere mai ki Te Whatu Ora - Capital, Coast & Hutt Valley District Location: Kenepuru Hospital, Porirua Service: Kenepuru Accident and Medical Clinic Contract: Casual - up to 5 rostered & rotating shifts per week including night shifts Salary: $65,627 - $74,510 (pro-rated) Kōrero mō te tūranga - About the role We are looking for an experienced people-oriented casual receptionist to join our team at the Kenepuru Accident & Medical Clinic. You will be responsible for: * Meeting and greeting patients * Maintaining accurate data records * Invoicing patients * Answering and directing incoming calls * Managing administration tasks as required and ordering radiology referralsThe role is rostered and rotating and shift times are as follows: 7.00am -3.30pm, 3.00pm -11.30pm, 3.30pm -12.00pm, 11.30pm-7:00am Mō tō mātou rōpū - About our team The Accident and Medical Clinic is a 24 hour Urgent Care Clinic that operates on the Kenepuru Hospital Campus to meet the needs of the local population. We are a busy and friendly team who provide a great front of house service to patients as well as providing clerical and administrative support to the Clinic. Moū - About you Our new team member will be motivated and enthusiastic with excellent interpersonal skills, a strong customer focus, and the ability to work in a busy environment. You will also have proven office administration and reception skills.
