```html We are currently looking for a part-time receptionist at Coastal Services Limited. Training will be provided so experience is not necessary. This role will be supporting the administration team and reporting to the Office Manager. The role is critical to the business delivery. Our business and clients are fast-paced and dynamic so high adaptability and a positive can-do attitude is essential. This is a great opportunity if you are looking to return back into the workforce or looking for part-time hours (a minimum of 25 hours per week). Duties will include: Greet clients upon arrival Answering telephone and email esquires in a timely manner Data entry Manual entry of timesheets Ordering supplies and stationary Filing What you'll bring to the role: Accurate and precise data entry skills with high attention to detail Competency with Word, Excel, Outlook, and the ability to pick up new systems quickly Self-motivation, a positive attitude, and the ability to think for yourself. Be a reliable, honest, and flexible team-player. The ability to work extra hours when required to cover leave and/or busy periods within the business We are a well-established company and can offer ongoing training and a great team environment.
