We are currently looking for a friendly enthusiastic and efficient Receptionist Admin Support who is a selfstarter and an excellent multitasker This entry level role includes a variety of tasks and would suit someone who is keen to learn and always happy to lend a helping hand The successful applicant will be our front line contact for visitors so will need to be adaptable reliable well presented and an excellent communicator This role includes responsibilities such as General reception duties phones couriers visitors Managing our boardroom bookings coffees morning teas etc Assistance with a variety of administrative tasks Liaising with our stores and logistics coordinator Printing stationery and general office supply orders Posting collecting and sorting mail Keeping the lunchroom and boardroom clean and tidy The applicant should possess the following qualities Excellent communication skills Warm and confident telephone manner Ability to work with minimal supervision Ability to multitask Positive cando attitude Good MS Office skills Word Excel Outlook Current Driver Licence Restricted or Full We offer full on the job training and support a friendly and fun team environment and opportunity for growth This is a full time position Monday to Friday 8am 4 30pm Applicants must have the right to work in NZ and be able to show proof of this
