Go Bus provides contracted urban bus services to more regional authorities in the country than any other operator.The Real Time Operations Team Leader is a key role, based at our Auckland South depot, that will establish a new team as part of our operational strategy to centralise real time on road service monitoring. This role also requires you to monitor and manage smooth and punctual day of operations in accordance to contracted service level requirements.To be successful you will need to demonstrate significant operations based real time monitoring and call centre management experience. You will be highly competent in use of software and communication systems required to manage a significant real-time environment.
