Role description:
The main role is to continue working as a licensed salesperson, listing and selling homes for Vendors. Our client has a system of leads for you to work from but encourage you to find your own, which you will be rewarded for.
Responsibilities will include:
Follow up on leads provided by the company
Conduct market appraisals of properties
List and sell properties
Organise open homes and buyer viewings
Sell property using innovative technology and efficient approach
Negotiate property sales and contracts
This role will suit someone with the following background / experience / qualities:
A Real Estate Salesperson's licence
High level of self-motivation and and a drive for sales
Be energetic, hard working and have a proactive disposition
Great communications skills with an approachable and personable nature
A thirst for knowledge and open to new processes and technology
The ability to develop networks and build long-lasting client relationships
