Job Responsibilities

o Evaluate patients’ medical histories to ensure the various medical imaging procedures will not harm them
o Suggest alternative medical imaging techniques, when necessary
o Inform patients about the medical imaging process
o Perform or direct radiology staff to carry out image-guided, diagnostic procedures
o Work with radiology lab technicians to perfect image quality
o Interpret the results from diagnostic imaging procedures to determine diagnoses
o Communicate and discuss results and diagnoses with physicians
o Compile written reports of results and diagnoses
o Follow medical protocols for resuscitation, bleeding, infection, or other emergency situations, when necessary

Job Requirement

o Master’s degree holder in Radiology
o Doctor of Medicine degree from an accredited medical school; medical residency
o Current unrestricted registration as a Radiologist in the home country
o Valid practice license for the year 2020
o Minimum of 3 years’ professional experience
o 3 to 7 years’ internship and residency training, specializing in radiology
o Proficient in general radiology techniques, including X-ray, MRI, and ultrasound
o Professional certifications relevant to the position (PHTLS, ACLS, ALS, ATLS, etc.)
o Must be able to understand and communicate in English
