About the roleCoaching12 day race development program focused on building essential skills over terrain and set environments ages 6 to 12Non-Event daysTo continually look for ways to add value to the ski area with the implementation of fun events for guests to participateMaintaining gear that needs repair.Creating start areasSetting and preparing all safety for the race environment in the form of B-NetStaging and transport of equipment on and around the hillPacking race day suppliesEvent days :To set up racecourses in accordance with F.I.S ICR and NZCRThe hill is closed to the public, and the course dyed.When the race starts, crew is actively monitoring the course.
