About this Role
A newly created role, you will be responsible for ensuring all estimating and pricing, scope of work, preparation and submitting of project tenders are completed accurately and on time.
Along with your proven New Zealand experience as a Quantity Surveyor, you will be a proactive, quick thinker with strong communication skills both verbal and written.

We are specifically seeking a QS out of the box - this is a smaller team so your nous will enable you to hit the ground running. The more experience, the better!
Sound working knowledge of relevant contracts, standards and legislation including 3910, 3916 and 3917 Construction Contracts Act.Contract and tender experienceA wizz with cost estimatesExcellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite (mainly Excel) + REVU BluebeamHave high accuracy and attention to detailHave excellent organisation skills and a confident communicatorFirst class attitude - it's a productive and close-knit team. You will need to be on the ball to keep up.This is a full-time, permanent opportunity for someone to join a fantastic business.
