As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a vital role in our commercial projects, focusing on cost management, contract administration, and ensuring projects are financially efficient. Key Responsibilities: * Cost Estimation: Accurately estimate project costs and budgets. * Contract Administration: Administer contracts and manage variations. * Financial Control: Monitor project financial performance and control costs. * Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential financial and contractual risks. * Collaboration: Work closely with project teams and clients to achieve project objectives. * Reporting: Prepare comprehensive reports and financial documentation.
