About this Role
A newly created role, you will be responsible for ensuring all estimating and pricing, scope of work, preparation and submitting to project tenders are completed on time, and accurately.
Along with your proven New Zealand experience (or Qualification) as a Quantity Surveyor, you will be a proactive, quick thinker with strong communication skills.
The fit for this team is paramount, and training can be provided for the right person if need be.
This role would be set to commence in the new year but can possibly be arranged for earlier as needed.

Either experience or qualified in QS - The more experience, the better! However, for the right person, an opportunity to start as a Junior and progress could be considered.Sound working knowledge of relevant contracts, standards and legislation including 3910, 3916 and 3917 Construction Contracts Act.Contract and tender experience (Ideally)Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite + REVU Bluebeam or similarHave high accuracy and attention to detailBe self-motivated and results drivenHave excellent organisation skills and a confident communicatorFirst class attitude - it's a productive and close-knit team.
