Long established company with strong systems & history of successWork within a company that has a large forward workloadGood team of QS's with solid support structure and good culture Full Job Description We are seeking an experienced intermediate to senior QS with solid NZ experience working in a main commercial contractors to become part of the cohesive and professional team within this well recognized regional company. This position will see the successful candidate thriving in a project focused role working alongside a high performing commercial team with the ability to be totally hands on. You will be responsible for full contract administration duties, budget comparisons, tender analysis of sub-contractors, sub-contractor agreements, variations and preparation of budgets.

You may also be required to:
Look to improve the business systems and efficiency to improve production.Accurately set and measure all pricing.Prepare registrations of interest, estimates and proposals for the Sales function of the business.This organisation has a solid and loyal client base and is currently enjoying a strong period of growth. This role will have you working on both small and large-scale projects.
