About the Role: Reporting to the General Manager Corporate Services, as our Quality Systems Manager, you will manage and optimise business system performance, enhancing collaboration and productivity. Key responsibilities of the role include: Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying key opportunities for improvements by leveraging technology to automate processes and workflows Understand business needs and challenges and translate to specific system enhancements that align with our business goals and objectives Provide regular project status updates, risks and issues whilst proposing solutions Develop and implement robust system testing strategies Identify and mitigate risks associated with system changes, data security and regulatory compliance Measure the cost of non-quality About You: You will be a proven leader who will add value and continuously strive for the best. Additionally, you will have the following attributes: 5+ years' experience in a systems and business analyst role High level competency in optimising systems and processes Advanced computer/IT skills, including MS Suite Ability to effectively manage ambiguity and change whilst maintaining high attention to detail Strong presentation skills that can be tailored to all stakeholders is an advantage If you would like to be a part of the Apollo legacy and take up the Quality Systems Manager role – click "Apply" now!
