This is a permanent full-time opportunity, working Monday-Friday with flexibility to work on Saturday & public holiday, for the main purpose of warranting effective and efficient product releases from our site.You will:Check compliance and assess for release of all raw and packaging materials AND finished productsBe responsible for sampling of raw materials prior to release into productionEnsure traceability through Edec compliance of our productsEnsure data management of results for raw materials and finished goodsEnsure good communication with planning, production, logistics/warehouse and export team for material and product releasing and Edec related issuesInitiate, review and update SOP’s relevant to Material and Product ReleasingABOUT YOUYou must have a tertiary qualification in Food Science or Microbiology/Chemistry.
