HELLA has around 36,000 employees at more than 125 locations worldwide and generated consolidated sales of € 6.3 billion in the fiscal year 2021/2022.The salary range for this role is 75,000-82,500 NZD per annum.YOUR TASKSThis is a full-time permanent position (40hrs) located in Waihi, Waikato.Lead and coordinate customer/production/supplier incident response & non-conformance management for electronicsPerform proper investigation ofproducts and / or processes through the use of established root-causeanalysis tools and principles.Conduct feasibility studies toassess and understand potential improvement ideas in order to buildbusiness cases for implementationInitiate and executeimplementation of improvement activities in accordance to establishedrequirements and timelinesPreparation of quality andcompliance documentation / information and other related communicationsmaterial.Perform testing/inspection ofproducts & components in accordance to established methodologies andrequirements,including but not limited to electrical and mechanicaltesting.Lead in maintenance of the calibration system.Lead and assist the maintenance of the ESD ProgramDevelop, implement and maintain standardised processes for HNZ Quality management system and Environmental management system in alignment with Hella's Business Process Management (BPM) and international standards.Perform quality activities for new or changed product introductions including Initial Sample Inspection ReportsSupport internal & external auditsQUALITY PRODUCTION SPECIALIST (M/F/D)Location Waihi, New Zealand Pacesetting.
