Quality Manager

An opportunity to take the lead and work alongside a motivated team, you'll join a business focused on delivering business improvements to ensure best practise across all quality assurance activities.
You'll be well versed at adding value and improving business outcomes across the following areas:
Coaching and developing teams to increase quality outcomes
Communicating strategy to ensure key stakeholders and employees understand and support the actions required to achieve this
Assessing operating procedures for accuracy and relevance including process flows of inbound product, materials and inspection processes as well as developing and implementing new procedures to support ongoing business needs
Reviewing and improving testing processes
Implementing quality supply agreements
Conducting internal audits in accordance with compliance
Assist with technical specifications
Defining quality control information for external suppliers as part of purchased goods and materials specifications
Improving and managing corrective actions required to address supplier and internal quality issues
Managing customer communication and testing initiatives
Promoting Health, Safety and Environmental policies and procedures
Peaked your interest? If you've operated at a similar level either as part of a senior leadership team or perhaps you have a lot of the experience required and are looking for an opportunity to step up, this could be the right opportunity. Experience in manufacturing is essential and exposure to the likes of plastics moulding or electronics would be ideal as is experience in Six Sigma and Lean.
