Good People.   We are looking for an experienced Quality Compliance Lead to be responsible for the day to day operation and forward planning of the Plants Internal and External Compliance Programs. This will include raw and final product quality, site pest program and other compliance related tasks. The main functions of this role, is to monitor and feedback the day to day compliance requirements for the Timaru site, and to take appropriate steps to improve its effectiveness.  This role will be required to understand, comply with, and where necessary enforce, company policies and practices currently in place and any new policies/practices that are implemented.   About the role A hands on role in promoting/improving H&S culture and ensuring compliance within the Plant Responsible for the adherence and sustainment of all the Plant Programs, Policies and Procedures Involved in Continuous Improvement activities, implement and sustain improvements made Participate in the internal audit program at the Timaru site Maintain the internal audit schedule and responsible for driving the associated CAR's to completion Be the lead or co-lead in all external 3rd party audits at the Timaru site Support with the implementation, sustainment and continuous improvement of external audits  Support the maintenance of an accurate document control system for the Timaru site  Assist with new product development opportunities and product changes/updates including specifications   About you Qualified Internal Auditor A minimum of 3 years Manufacturing/Quality experience Tertiary qualification in science/technical/manufacturing Experience in QC/QA and quality Management systems Experience leading or participating in a HACCP and/or Quality system team Change management or project management experience Excellent written and verbal communication skills  Be highly motivated with attention to detail and accuracy  Excellent people and communication skills    What's in it for you?
