NZBS work to Good Practice Guidelines (GMP/GLP/GDP) and are licensed by Medsafe and our laboratories to ISO15189 IANZ accreditation. With the appointment of a new QRA Senior Leadership team and the exciting ambition of the organisation this team is growing and are now recruiting the following role.How you'll make impactAs a Quality Business Partner, you will be responsible for providing general quality support and advice to the organisation and be the first port of call for queries about quality-related matters. This hands-on position provides day to day advice and guidance on quality and regulatory issues to our teams. You will be based in either Auckland, Wellington, or Christchurch, with regular travel between all our regions to support teams located there. You will also be a quality lead for one or more functional area(s) of the organisation.More specifically you will be:Supporting operational teams in working within a GxP environmentConducting internal and external auditsFacilitating audits of NZBS by external parties, e.g. MedsafeReviewing and closing incidentsProviding quality approval of controlled documentsPresenting GMP and other training, e.g. incident managementA key aspect of this role will be helping your colleagues to find improvement opportunities by conducting internal audits and assisting in the investigation of serious incidents. You will also provide guidance for changes and validations. Additionally, you will contribute to the development of the national quality system and support operational projects as they arise.About youAre you somebody with an eye for detail who likes to build relationships with a range of people across the organisation and interested in learning more about what happens in NZBS? If so, we have a great learning opportunity for you.To be successful in this role you will be a self-directed individual with well-developed interpersonal skills, strong IT skills and have a tertiary qualification in a science or health related discipline.
