Te ahua o Te Turunga – The nature of theposition We are looking for a Te Ringa Whakarite | Quality Assurance Co-ordinatorto perform administration and other quality assurance co-ordination tasksacross our standard setting functions.

The Te Ringa Whakarite |Quality Assurance Co-ordinator providesadministrative support to the Quality Assurance team to support the delivery ofoutcomes. The position manages the coordination of administrative tasks, suchas database management, document and information distribution, report collationand communication support

This role is Wellington based.

Key responsibilities include:
Administration, including documentcontrol management, database input, Moderation co-ordination and tracking,providing administrative support to QA Specialists and Manager with thefollowing functions:Programme endorsement applicationsConsent to AssessPre-assessment moderationPost-assessment moderationModeration cluster meetings and forumsSurveying of stakeholders and collating dataDraw data and compile reportsAdminister the Annual Moderation PlanComplete Travel Bookings for the QualityAssurance TeamFinance support for the Quality Assurance Team -Invoices, Purchase Orders etc.We'd love to hear from you if you have:
Experience in the tertiary or vocationaleducation sector - knowledge of NZQA, New Zealand Qualificationsframework, and training delivery optionsStrong planning and organisational skillsSkilled administratorAdvance MS Excel skills and report writingabilitiesA professional, positive, flexible and diplomaticapproach to problem solvingAn undergraduate degree or equivalent experiencein the creative arts, culture, technology or sport and recreation relatedareas is desirableExperience in any one of Toi Mai's industries isadvantageousAbility to speak Te Reo Maori would be anadvantage, but is not essential.We are a workplace that valuesand utilises diverse and inclusive thinking, people and behaviours.
