As the Quality Assurance and Compliance Advisor, you will bring your knowledge of ISO Standards and internal auditing experience to PowerNet, using your skills to help us continue to build on the great work that has already been done to implement and maintain an Integrated Management System (IMS). Reporting to the Quality & Improvement Manager in our modern Invercargill or Balclutha office, you will use your ability to engage with people and build strong relationships to become a trusted partner across the business.As a Lead Internal Auditor, your analytical skills will help us identify and close gaps to ensure compliance with quality systems and standards. Your collaborative approach combined with your improvement mindset and desire to challenge the status quo will enable us to identify opportunities for improvements further enabling PowerNet to meet our current high standards and continue to grow and improve.If you have experience with Lean or Six Sigma methodologies, this would be beneficial. With your manager's support you will be the 'go-to' person for all things process documentation related, taking responsibility for ensuring business processes are developed and mapped using our Promapp tool, including training new employees in how to use this. About You – Skills and Experience Internal Auditor experience, ideally in a Lead Auditor role Certification/diploma in Quality Management or minimum of 5 years' experience developing and maintaining a process approach into the business Process mapping experience, ideally using Promapp or a similar tool. Working knowledge of ISO:9001 Quality Management System Excellent level of computer literacy and analytical skills Ability to translate business needs into well-articulated requirements. Self-motivated to drive progress against tight milestones and competing priorities, and where applicable deep dive into critical areas.
