The purpose of this role is to support the Client Services Team through creating a safe environment to raise risks, grow capability, and ensure the work we are doing is in accordance with Westpac Policies and Procedures. The Audit/Checking and Compliance functions are to ensure we are both ethical and helpful in all interactions with our customers and identify areas of improvement/coaching opportunities. Growing capability focusses on helping the Client Services team be high performing across all tasks, as a Quality and Control Specialist – you will provide technical coaching on AML and Operational Process where required.Process improvement is in our DNA in Client Services – as a Quality and Control Specialist you will play a major role in Leading Change.
