BestStart Kaiapoi is a gorgeous, specially designed childcare centre set against the stunning rural backdrop of Kaiapoi. We have five large classrooms – providing ample space to extend children's learning, along with 3 separate outdoor areas.
We are a well-established and experienced team at BestStart Kaiapoi. A lot of our team members have been working for the centre and with BestStart for a long time, 7+ years! You will be working alongside an experienced Centre Manager who has been with the centre for 16 years.
About the Role: Whether you are a newly qualified teacher, an experienced educator or you are nearing the end of your studies, if you have a passion for teaching young children and are able to work in a busy team environment, we want to hear from you.
You will be joining a centre with strong connections with the local community, strengthening the relationships between centre, whanau, and the Kaiapoi community. Working alongside our 2 - 4 year old tamariki, in a space that allows tamariki to explore and learn through play while engaging with age-appropriate resources. Our team has the flexibility to move, so if your passion lies with another age group, we would still love to meet you.
This is a permanent position working 40 hours per week Monday-Friday . Why choose us?
