At BestStart North Road we have a wonderful opportunity on offer for a qualified Teacher to join our dynamic centre!

Across all classrooms, we place our children at the heart of everything we do and they are a central part of our local community. We have a strong focus on child led projects, ensuring we are responding to children and whanau needs.

We have animals in our classrooms to help teach children how to be nurturing and caring. Our big outdoor spaces allowing for hands-on exploring and discovering through lots of natural and messy play. We love to bring the community into our centre and get out into the community often strengthening relationships that have evolved since we opened.
We're looking for a special Teacher to join our infants classroom ideally working 30 hours per week however we are happy to offer some flexibility around this so please get in touch with us to let us know what may work best for you!

To join our awesome team, you will need to have curriculum knowledge and the ability to communicate effectively with people across all levels. Our ideal candidate will be able to tick all of the following:
ECE qualified (Level 7) with current certification
Self-motivated team player
Able to use and apply your initiative
A passion for working with preschool aged children
