It is more critical than ever that our PX teams are able to deliver our strategy and that our functional resources are clearly aligned to enable these teams.Working closely with the PX Transformation Manager and wider transformation & enablement team, you will support executing and delivering to our PX strategy, OKRs and transformation roadmap. Ensuring we develop and embed the frameworks needed to help us scale effectively and embed excellence in all that we design, build and deliver.Our PX Transformation is focused on reimagining the way we deliver a world-class employee experience to employees and people leaders across Xero in a scalable and consistent way. Core to this is an optimised and user friendly knowledge and content base where employees and people leaders can easily and quickly access the information they need to support them with their people needs.
