This is recognised through excellent employment conditions and a competitive remuneration package.Based in beautiful Mount Maunganui where you can go for walks on the beach during lunch and enjoy the incredible outdoor activities in the wider BOP region!In this role, you'll be involved with a variety of clinical work (assessment and therapy) for injury-related rehabilitation including concussion services, pain management, psychology services, and rehabilitation.You will be:Completing assessments with clients to determine the most appropriate program for their needsLiaising with the passionate locally based Body in Motion therapy team and also with external fundersManaging the care of your clients while working alongside the rest of the business to come up with a holistic plan for treatmentProvide reports as required for external stakeholdersAttend professional development courses and ensure knowledge is current, up-to-date, and consistent with leading-edge psychological practiceThe ideal candidate will:Hold all the appropriate qualifications, including being a Registered Psychologist/Clinical Psychologist with a current practicing certificateHave a minimum of 2 years of clinical experience (required)Have experience managing a portfolio of clients and delivering meaningful results to your patientsACC Psychology Services' experience and treating patients with head injuries would be beneficialWork well in a team environmentCompetitive remuneration is on offer, as well as the opportunity to grow and develop your clinical career.
