Property Project Manager

Contract runs April-September 2020
$100-120 per hour
Wgtn based - fortnightly travel to Akl

An interesting and varied role. If you're happy working in a highly changeable environment then read on. You will be responsible for the delivery of design, costing, brief, and delivery activities for two buildings in Auckland's CBD. You will also be responsible for the development of a plan, and the procurement of appropriate skillsets and resourcing to deliver the hard fit-out and related infrastructural work.
You will manage the requirements, the design work and agreement with various parties for the design, and delivery of the fit-out (and related infrastructural work). There will be some inter-dependent work, such as ICT infrastructure work.

You - have at least 5 years’ experience in property or construction projects as a PM. Ideally this will include experience in office refurbishments for government.
