Job Summary

A rare opportunity is available at Place Aspley for a Property Manager who can display and demonstrate a high level of competency, organisation skills as well as attention to detail. This role covers a broad range of tasks, and every day is going to be different, so a flexible attitude is a major requirement. Additionally, your administration skills are going to form the platform for your future growth as a Property Manager.
This position is a full-time position whilst overseen and supported by the Director whom is a 3-time Finalist for REIQ Property Manager of the Year.

Your typical day will include but is not limited to the following:
Undertaking administrative duties on the property portfolio
Being responsible for the ongoing management, repairs, maintenance and arrears management of rental properties and lease renewals
Conduct inspections of property periodically
Liaise with Tenants and Property Owners of each property within the portfolio
Participate in all training and development opportunities
Diarising inspections and preparation of invites and entry

Placing the right candidate is most important to us. Possessing the following attitude, attributes and skills will be vital to secure a shortlisting for one of these exceptional opportunities to ultimately flourish in the position:
6-12 months Assistant Property Management or 1 year Real Estate Reception experience
Hold a current Queensland Salespersons Registration
Hold a current Driver's License
Attention to detail
Microsoft Office Proficiency
Exceptional organisational and time management skills
Ability and willingness to adapt to the fast-paced environment
Strength in following processes and procedures
