Property Maintenance - Wellington - Part-Time

We are seeking a part-time worker to assist with Property Maintenance/Odd Jobs for our Tenancies throughout Wellington.This job will suit students who are studying or working in the Property Area.Task and Role Requirements Include:Have basic skills and knowledge of building maintenance.A Driver's License.Excellent attention to detail is essential.Excellent verbal and written language skills.Liaising with tenants, staff and contractors on a daily basis.Excellent time management.Knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act / Property Law will be a significant advantage but is not essential.Full training will be provided.Hourly payrate negotiable for the right candidate.On average the job will require 10-15 hours per week.We can be flexible to cater for student timetables.If you are interested, APPLY NOW!
