About the client With a long-standing history within the legal practice, our client has cultivated an excellent name and reputation across the West Auckland region and broader Auckland market. As a cohesive general practice, they boast a steadfast and devoted clientele that has grown rapidly throughout the years. The firm holds genuine reverence for maintaining a harmonious work/life balance, ensuring an environment where both professional and personal growth thrive. We are now looking to place a property solicitor to join their team.
About the opportunity This role is best suited for an intermediate solicitor who is keen to further refine their skill set in property law, or a very high performing junior solicitor (at least 2 years PQE) with a strong footing in property already.
The role will be working alongside an experienced Partner and will have the opportunity to work on an array of files in property law, both residential and commercial in nature. Being a part of a smaller firm, you will be sure to get hands-on involvement in clients and interesting files.
Benefits and perks Tight knit, friendly, and supportive team environment Work closely and alongside an experienced Partner Fast progression with hands on training and mentoring Competitive remuneration for the right candidate About You: Ideally, you will have at least 2 years PQE with a comfortable understanding of property law. You will need to be a self-starter with the confidence to work on files autonomously from start to finish although you will be provided with continuous support from the Partner and wider team. You will have excellent time management skills and can delegate yourself appropriately to ensure that you are producing high quality work in a timely and accurate manner. You will need to be proactive with clients with the assertiveness to create long lasting relationships in the present and the future.
In return, you will enter a flourishing environment with support from the partnership and overall firm to help you escalate your career in legal.
