Property Lawyer

Hansen Bate is seeking a property Solicitor to join their professional and friendly team. The ideal candidate will be a New Zealand qualified Solicitor who has proven skills in taking responsibility for their own work and enjoys being part of a supportive team who work together to deliver the best service possible to their clients. The successful applicant will be joining a stable hardworking team in a busy legal practice in central Hastings. You will have at least 3 years experience in general property law including conveyancing and will ideally have experience in trusts and estate planning as well as general commercial law. Your workload will include private client matters, residential and commercial property transactions, subdivisions and leasing. You will be supported by the directors of the firm, and will work alongside a focused support team.
