About the role We need a professional, friendly, and enthusiastic person to join our Wellington Water / Project Management team as a Projects Administrator In this role you'll provide: Administration Support to the team, including printing, filing, archiving, formatting documents arranging meetings and taking meeting minutes. Data entry of information into and extraction of information from Project Management systems Setting up and tracking of Purchase Orders and accruals in client finance system. Prepare (with guidance), coordinate and maintain Project QA documentation including monthly reporting and auditing, ensuring accuracy and currency of documents Comply and support with the Stantec Integrated Management System which includes Quality, Environment and Health and Safety Management A friendly and positive communication style and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment to meet deadlines. You will be comfortable working and communicating with a range of team members and also external clients. To be successful in the role, you will have experience in a comparable team administrator position, be self- motivated, have excellent communication and Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. If you have superior time management skills, the ability to prioritise and be well organised, we want to hear from you.
