Administrative Assistants (Administration & Office Support)Full timeSalary + health insurance + parking + social clubThe OpportunityAn exciting opportunity has arisen for a capable and proactive Project Administrator to join this leading engineering company on a permanent basis.You will join a high performing team of 35, that includes technical staff and two other Administrators. This is an opportunity for you to become a trusted point of contact and member of the team.You will have a variety of tasks that will see you:Assist and support technical teams with all administration relating to client and project deliveryProduce and finalise project-related documents including reports, specifications, letters, schedules and proposalsAssist the team with diary/task management and meeting coordinationAssist with the building consent application lodgement process into CouncilPrepare monthly billing/invoicing and time and cost reportingLiaise with Engineering and other technical teams daily to support delivery against project deadlinesAttend and record key action points/minutes at meetingsAction and respond to phone calls, emails and greet any visitors to the office in a professional mannerProvide back-up support across other duties such as coordinating catering, fleet management and ordering of office suppliesAbout you:You have a consistent and process-oriented working style and you're someone who is happy rolling up your sleeves to pitch in wherever required. Other attributes you will bring include:Previous administration or project support experienceConfidence with preparing, formatting and editing documentsAccurate and efficient word-processing skillsTechnically savvy across systems such as the MS Suite, Adobe and cloud-based workflow management toolsExcellent communication skills both written and verbalA proactive, even-keeled and flexible attitudeAn eye for detail with a focus on producing quality work within required deadlinesA professional, service-driven approach with a willingness to go the extra mileIn returnThey offer a competitive salary, on the job support and mentoring, company health insurance, staff benefits and an active social club.
