Opportunity available for a high-levelProject Administrator/Coordinator to assist with our exciting organisation-wide project!This is a unique opportunity for an Administrator/PA superstar to join our organisation and take part in one of the largest projects currently in place at our hospitals.
About the role:
This is a fixed term position fromASAP until 4th March 2022(with Xmas and NY off). You'll work40 hours per week Mon-Fri with flexible working hours. You'll be based at Mercy Hospitalin Epsom, reporting to our Project Manager and working alongside our dynamic Compass21 Project Team who are driving delivery of our PAS/EMR (Patient Administration System/Electronic Medical Records). You'll provide administration and coordination, office support and communications services to the team and additionally to the Project Director with general administration and meetings/events coordination.
Main duties will include:
Managing meetings including diary invitations, room bookings, requesting and collating agendas, minute taking/distribution/action tracking
Organising large coordinated efforts within project timeframes such as User Acceptance Testing, Train the Trainers, Workshops
Managing our Intranet page for the Compass21 Project
Preparing correspondence such as letters, emails, presentations and reports
Coordinating social events and away days for the team

We're looking for someone who enjoys providing superb administration support within a project environment. Takinginitiativeis second nature and your unrivalledstakeholder management skillis the key to your success. Expectations are high in this role but thanks to yourcommunication skills, you'll have your own way of reaching across our business once you have gained an understanding of the various players outside the project team. At the same time, you will have:
Proven track record of Admin/PA and/or project coordination experience
Excellent time management skills
Strong organising / planning skills
Ability to stay calm under pressure
Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills
