The Role: In this role, you will be project managing bespoke engineering and energy efficiency projects to reduce Health New Zealand – Northern Region's emissions. You will develop an understanding of Energy efficiency related project requirements from your involvement with feasibility study and business case developments.
The Project Manager leads, coordinates, monitors and reports on design and construction activities. The incumbent assists in administering consultant and construction agreements and facilitates quality control, maintenance of design and construction schedules and construction management of projects for which they are responsible.
This is a full time working Monday to Friday, 2 years fixed term role that is based in Auckland region (Middlemroe Hospital, North Shore Hospital or Auckland city Hospital) servicing the wider Auckland and Northland hospitals.
About You: Engineering or Project Management degree (i.e. Civil, Mechanical, Building Surveyor) or other 10 years related experience Hard-working, innovative and takes pride in their work and enjoy working as part of a high performance team Self-starter with strong communication skills, able to work and communicate with a wide range of personnel Ability to work in a highly pressurised environment What's in it for you?
