Some to lead the establishment and delivery of major capital works and projects and some that include leading interactions with key community stakeholders and bringing concepts to fruition through business case processes.Reporting to the Manager Capital Works, these positions will be key in assisting with the coordination and delivery of a capital works programme that includes community projects, through project management disciplines.The programme consists of a range of renewals and maintenance projects across Whanganui District Councils community facilities that consist of over 300 community and commercial investment properties, approximately 60 parks, 16 pensioner housing complexes, 2 municipal swimming pools, a port and an airport, to name just a few.What's in it for you:Make your mark on these exciting projects.
