With a commitment to excellence, we are seeking a talented and experienced (Senior) Project Manager to join our team and drive the success of projects up to $15 million in and around Auckland.As a (Senior) Project Manager - Utilities, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing projects within the specified budget, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining the highest standards of quality. This position requires a candidate with a strong background in pipes, drainage, and 3-Waters infrastructure, as well as a proven track record in project management.Key Responsibilities:Plan, execute, and finalize projects within established deadlines and budget constraints.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initiation to completion, ensuring all objectives are met.Manage project budgets up to $15 million, ensuring cost-effectiveness and financial success.Conduct risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate potential issues.Provide clear communication and reporting on project status to stakeholders.Monitor and enforce safety regulations and quality standards.Foster positive relationships with clients (Watercare and land developers), suppliers, and project teams.Qualifications and Experience:Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.Proven experience as a Project Manager in utilities.Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.Demonstrated success in managing projects with budgets up to $15 million.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate effectively.Knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards in utilities construction.PMP or Prince2 certification is a plus.About HEB:HEB Construction is a dynamic and innovative leader in the construction of New Zealand's Infrastructure.
