Full Time - Fixed term (24 months)About the roleWe are looking for an experienced Project Manager / Senior Project Manager who is able to demonstrate design process management, scoping and construction delivery experience of projects in one (or more) of the following areas:Access and TransportCivil Infrastructure (3 waters)Skills and ExperienceExperience in effective project delivery, from overseeing the investigation, scoping and design process, managing the procurement of contractors, through to onsite construction monitoring, contract management and administration.Be self-motivated, with a well organised approach to work and the ability to maintain focus on priorities to meet deadlines.Excellent communications skills, both written and oral including report writing.Ability to build and maintain effective and professional working relationships with all stakeholders, and work effectively as part of a teamBeautiful beaches and a short journey to or from Wellington make the Kapiti Coast a great place to live and work.
