The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed within the specified timeframe and quality standards. The Project Manager will also be responsible coordinating with subcontractors, and communicating with stakeholders.Manage and oversee the entire construction process.Develop and maintain project schedules.Manage project scope, changes, and riskDevelop and implement project management plans and proceduresEnsure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standardsManage project team and subcontractorsCommunicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and project team membersEnsure that project objectives are met on time, within budget, and to the desired quality standardsYou will have:At least 3 years of experience in multi-unit residential construction projects - A mustProven track record of successful project deliveryStrong project management and leadership skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsKnowledge of construction industry regulations and standardsAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Wolfbrook offers competitive salaries, and a dynamic work environment.
