The Opportunity Our Policy and Planning Team are looking for a Project Manager, Land and Water Regional Plan project to join the team on a full time, fixed-term (12 months) basis in our Dunedin office.
The purpose of this position is to provide high quality project management expertise to deliver a new Land and Water Regional Plan (LWRP) for Otago for notification by 31 October 2024. 
The Project Manager will be responsible for detailed project planning, hands-on project management, reporting, risk management, budget management and delivery for the project.
This role is also expected to also provide high quality advice and support for the Project Owner and Project Sponsor.
You will have in-depth knowledge and demonstrated experience is delivering projects and have the drive and passion to support the end-to-end process required to deliver a significant programme of work for the ORC and the people of Otago.

About You Our ideal candidate will have:
5 + years' experience in project managementDemonstrated experience in delivering projects on time, to budget, and within the quality measures of the projectExperience working in a policy and planning setting in local government / or experience working within regulatory and/or legislative frameworksStrong organisational and business process skills The salary range for this role is $90,000- $110,000.
