Requirements for Project Manager / Commercial Plumbing Foreman: Registered Plumber with a current NZ Practicing License. Experience in project management of jobs. Staff management and work allocation experience. Quality control of work on-site. Ensuring best Health & Safety practices are adhered to. Computer skills and the ability to learn the Smart Trade programme. Trainable in the operation of computer reporting systems. Technical and functional expertise with products and equipment. Experience with materials management and control of costs. Adaptable with good time management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks. You will take pride in your team doing well and helping them develop and progress.
