Building and motivating our people to meet project goals while adhering to their duties and responsibilities. Cost and budgeting management. Creation of management plans (SSSP, DMP, ARCP etc.) Make timely recommendations and actively participate in updating strategies, programmes, processes, training, and policies. Asbestos Removal Supervise Class A & B asbestos projects. Ensure removal works are carried out as per all regulations, approved codes of practice. Implementing company health & safety policies, processes and procedures Problem solving and decision making on-site Working to timeframes and budgets Monitor site tidiness and housekeeping Demolition Supervise strip outs and other demo work when required Daily scheduling of plant, material and personnel so to be correctly operational for each site. Create, maintain, and analyse projects to determine profit potential. Equipment management, maintenance, and transportation, reviews, recommendations for purchase. Prepare handover documentation and assist handover, as required Must pass pre employments checks including drug screen.
